Responsibilities and Duties

• Manipulate and edit film pieces
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Skills

• Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques
• Interface design skills preferable
• Adobe Premiere
• Artistic background with an extensive portfolio
• Experience with a variety of 3rd party motion graphic plugins (i.e Trapcode Suite and element 3d)
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills

Experience:

• Conduct research via the internet, appropriate publications and the telephone in order to identify and qualify new clients, markets and sectors.
• Effectively managing your client relationships, demonstrating an ongoing contact plan that shows frequency and type of contact planned.
• Become a trusted advisor for our clients on implementing digital marketing strategy
• Engage new prospects via telephone and mail to secure meetings with the decision makers.
• Develop an understanding of prospects marketing strategies, plans and product lines.

This role is ideally suited to Business Managers looking to make a real impact for themselves and the business and reap the rewards that this brings. The successful candidate should ideally come from a background in Digital / Media, possess strong experience in building client relationships, developing new accounts, leading sales teams and have an enviable little black book of industry names and contacts

• Understand client Briefs and be able to rewrite the briefs for internal teams

• Contribute towards strategy with Consumer understanding, category deep dive, competitive updates, Insights etc. for holistic strategy that drives real business impact

• The role requires a good understanding of client needs and design briefs so that appropriate designs are made.
• Research and overall strategy are extremely important to keep abreast with the fast changing media and client requirements.
• Good Communication Skills and effective team player.

Copywriter/Sr. Copywriter

• Ability to understand brand briefs, tonality and communication structure of brand
• Adaptive and willing to leverage the opportunity of writing copy for various categories, markets and audiences
• Craft effective copy for various platforms including films
• Obsessed with grammar and proofreading
• Be a important part of the Collaborative culture of the agency and work with cross function teams
• Present ideas to clients clearly and effectively
• Most importantly, love the craft and advertising

Experience

Between 2-3 years’ experience working in the advertising, marketing or design sectors. Supervisory experience, including leadership, team-building and delegation, is an advantage because Copywriter/Sr. Copywriter might have to manage a creative team.
